The Essential Coworking

Do you find it difficult to combine a professional or personal job with a regular practice of meditation and an inner path? Do you arrive at the end of the day with the feeling of not having lived any conscious moment?

One day a week, we open the Cityzen Barcelona space to live our teleworking day at the best level! 

For the motivated, we start early! Possible incorporation at different times of the day.

7:30 am: Guided 'Miracle Morning' session

8:20 am: Breakfast**

9:00 a.m. : 1:00 p.m. - Teleworking (or free time) in the zen atmosphere of the Cityzen Barcelona space. 

1:00 pm: Guided meditation

1:30 p.m.: Essential Lunch**. Thomas Sebastien encourages the exchanges by reading a reference book on Psianthropology - the book "Becoming to Be" by Selim Aïssel

2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. : Teleworking in a calm environment (or free time)

6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Samadeva Yoga session and Gurdjieff Movements

**Each one brings their prepared food - cook without fire available - or bought (many options in the neighborhood). Coffee and tea available in the space (€1).

Telecommuting: calls are taken outside or in the front of the space.

Possible to join at any time of the year. 

Full day cost: €20 including access to the Cityzen Barcelona space for teleworking (table in open space, Wi-Fi internet, toilets).

Monthly cost (includes 3 Tuesdays per month**): €40. 

Members of the Association of Psychoanthropology: €5 a day or €10 a month.

**The monthly rate corresponds to 3 days per month, to adapt to the availability of the Cityzen Barcelona space (normally unavailable 1 Tuesday per month). People are warned in advance.
