It is possible to join any session.

​

Duration: from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., including the presentation, questions/shares, possible exercise proposals (various meditations). The Ciné Esencial sessions can be longer depending on the film. In-person events, with Zoom access available for Essential Coffee sessions only.

​

Annual cost: €10 (otherwise €2 / session)

Open to all with prior registration (limited places)
