Step 2 of the "Miracle Morning": the intention

Is it hard for you to clarify an intention every day?

 

You can also define a daily intention that you repeat for a week, a month or more. Here is an example of a repeated personal intention, doing here a particular work on generosity, gratitude, and inner serenity:

Today I am lucky to wake up, I am alive, rested, satisfied. I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am here, on Earth, in this place, with this body, to learn, to evolve. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to open my heart to others.

 

I will take care of others as much as I can. Today again I make a conscious act of generosity [I can visualize a gift that I am going to give].

 

I am in gratitude towards [name what comes, for example: my parents for life, thanks to my spouse who is by my side, for the hot water that comes out of the shower, etc.].

 

And I find the time to practice my “miracle morning”, in connection with friends who practice. I also do a second meditation in the afternoon.

 

I don't turn anything that happens into a problem. My inner state counts more than my outer results. Even if I don't know what is going to happen to me during the day, I choose to be confident, calm, centered and happy in my consciousness, in my emotions and in my actions.
