About the event
Do you find it difficult to combine a professional or personal job with a regular practice of meditation and an inner path? Do you arrive at the end of the day with the feeling of not having lived any conscious moment?
One Tuesday a month, we open the Cityzen Barcelona space to live our teleworking day at the best level!
For the motivated, we start early! Possible incorporation at different times of the day.
7:30 am : Session 'Miracle Morning' guided
8:20 am: Breakfast**
9:00 a.m. : 1:00 p.m. - Teleworking (or free time) in the zen atmosphere of the Cityzen Barcelona space.
